Production process: The grapes are gently pressed and then undergo the classic white wine fermentation process - i.e. without skins, at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. Special attention is paid to the temperature during the fermentation of the wine - this maximizes its aromatic characteristics.
Aroma: Intense and persistent; fruity, high-quality, reminiscent of green apple and acacia flowers.
Taste: Sweet and fresh, pleasant, exceptionally fine and balanced, persistent; fruity finish.
Food pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with light meals, appetizers, fresh cheese and seafood. Also great as a cocktail base.
Recommended serving temperature: 8–10 °C
