Monstera deliciosa is a popular houseplant with large, glossy green leaves that have typical deep incisions and holes. It thrives best in a bright location with diffused light, without direct sunlight. However, it can also tolerate partial shade, although it grows more slowly and produces smaller leaves. The plant is grown in semi-hydroponics - instead of classic soil, it grows in a mineral substrate, which ensures a stable supply of water, nutrients and at the same time enough air to the roots.
